TowME Namibia is a protected digital roadside-assistance platform. The company holds documented copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property ownership for its protected works and brand assets.

Ownership statement

TowME Namibia, including its website, mobile applications, platform workflows, source code, user interface designs, graphics, text, service flows, dispatch logic, brand assets, documentation, and related digital materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws, including the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Protection Act, 1994 of Namibia.

TowME Namibia holds documented copyright ownership, trademark protection, and supporting certificates for its protected works, name, and brand identity. Certificate details may be provided to legal representatives, enforcement bodies, hosting providers, app stores, payment providers, or courts where required for verification.

Protected materials

TowME Namibia name, logos, trademarks, brand marks, colour identity, and related brand assets
Website, mobile applications, dashboards, dispatch screens, partner portal, operator portal, and admin interfaces
Source code, software architecture, platform workflows, dispatch logic, route tracking flows, and database structures
Text, graphics, images, icons, app screens, documents, reports, evidence flows, and platform content
Business documentation, service flows, operating procedures, and proprietary product materials

Unauthorised use is prohibited

No person, business, developer, competitor, contractor, partner, or third party may copy, reproduce, clone, reverse engineer, imitate, redistribute, adapt, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the TowME platform without prior written permission from TowME Namibia.

Copying, cloning, reproducing, scraping, or redistributing the TowME platform or any substantial part of it
Reverse engineering, decompiling, imitating, adapting, or commercially exploiting TowME software or workflows
Using confusingly similar names, logos, designs, colours, layouts, screens, or product identities
Misrepresenting affiliation with TowME Namibia or attempting to pass off another platform as TowME
Using TowME intellectual property without prior written permission

Enforcement and takedowns

TowME Namibia reserves all rights to enforce its copyright, trademarks, brand identity, software rights, database rights, contractual rights, and related intellectual-property interests. Unauthorised use may result in legal action, platform takedown notices, app-store complaints, hosting-provider abuse reports, payment-provider reports, domain complaints, damages claims, interdicts, and any other available remedies.
